Salam petang Ahad 1 Syawal 1441 Hijriah. Selamat hari raya maaf zahir batin. Dipersembahkan satu kategori baru sesuai dengan bulan bersilaturrahim Syawal mengumpulkan artikel-artikel lama yang berkenaan daripada blogspot berbahasa Inggeris BERPETUALANG KE ACEH.
Memandangkan bulan Syawal dan perayaan Aidil Fitri memberikan keutamaan terhadap hubungan silaturrahim bersama keluarga dan kawan-kawan dengan semua digalakkan kunjung mengunjung ke rumah masing-masing dipersembahkan kategori berkenaan rumah, keluarga dan kawan-kawan. Walaupun hari raya tahun ini agak terhalang disebabkan PKP (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan) yang bermula lebih 2 bulan lalu demi menangani ancaman wabak Covid-19 yang sedang melanda dunia termasuk di Malaysia sambutan tetap boleh dilakukan secara sederhana juga melalui 'ziarah' atas talian. Adapun perkataan Melayu "rumah" agak umum berbanding bahasa Inggeris yang memiliki perkataan "house" dan "home" untuk rumah. Cuma perkataan home lebih khusus pada rumah yang memberikan rasa kekeluargaan dan kenyamanan serta rasa aman. Sesungguhnya tidak semua rumah dapat memberikan rasa tersebut - not every house is a home . Saya tidak tahu apakah satu perkataan Melayu yang membawa makna home ini. Paling dekat kena gunakan dua perkataan - rumahku syurgaku. Ini adalah artikel-artikel yang berkenaan...
